The receptionist was trying to help resolving the issue of the cost which was written in a misleading way during the booking process..Although the price was fixed, but she apologised for the mistake and offered a room with better view. Also the janitorial team were polite and helpful. Mr. Mohammad Hosny and Mr. Ali Mohammad Hasan. They also allowed for a late checkout. The room was spacious. The breakfast buffet was amazing with variety of dishes that satisfies all nationalities.

Since 2014, I am frequently visiting Tolip Alexandria Royal Hotel. This stay was my first after 2019, where I found guest rooms renovations, new staff (friendly and helpful), and more positive things than the past. Cleanness as always expected, room is comfort. Breakfast has a Varity of choices, all fresh, fantastic front and side views of Mediterranean. I will keep visiting this superior hotel as long as it is at affordable prices :)

• Great centralized location: The Tulip Hotel’s location in Alexandria is fantastic, as it’s close to every attraction in the city. • Clean rooms: The rooms were immaculate and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. • Amazing staff: The staff at the hotel were exceptional. In particular, Alaa at the reception went above and beyond to facilitate our check-in and check-out. Mohamed Ramadan and Heba did an excellent job of ensuring that all our needs in the room were met.

The suite were not only spacious but also impeccably clean, The suite décor was a delightful blend of modern elegance and coastal vibes, Everything had its place, Breathtaking Sea View, The hotel’s breakfast buffet was a delightful surprise. From continental classics to local specialties, there was something for everyone. Fresh fruits, warm pastries, and aromatic coffee. parking was available with good price.

Top management Mr. Ahmed Sediek the hotel GM is playing a great part in the amazing picture, through his talent in management and his deep understanding of customer satisfaction principles. I can say that, he is running the show, perfectly. What really amused me is the level of security, since it is our great army-managed facility, the security is quite high, and I feel very safe inside the hotel and of course, outside the hotel, since Egypt is quite safe in general. The front desk team is making our life easy, especially Ms. Marwa Salma and Mr. Alaaa Kamal, and of course the front desk manager Mr. Mohamed Moustafa. Housekeeping team especially Ms. Raham Ramadan, Mr. Hossam Hassan, and Mr. Elsayed Mohamed room service is 24/7 and is adding a value to the hole picture The parking area team is just amazing. The beach is amusing and I really enjoyed being there , Thank you all and i really enjoyed my stay in all aspecs . THANK YOU A MILLION
