The hotel is very nice, with spacious rooms offering a beautiful view of the sea. The amenities are impressive - there’s even a cinema and a game room with billiards, ping pong, and more. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with many delicious options. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and I’d like to give a special thank you to Mahmoud Abdellatif and Ibtesam for their kindness and professionalism.

They upgraded one of our rooms to sea side instead of city view. There was heating inside the suite. Rooms were very clean. The suite was wonderfully arranged. There was a nice small complimentary fruit plate. Mr Saad & Mr Moh Sobhy & Moh Hosny took great care of keeping our rooms tidy. Receptionists Sara, Basma, Mirna, Mohamed M. were so sweet and speedy. All staff were friendly especially at Battah and Baalbak restaurants. Good service.

I traveled to Alexandria with my 79-year-old mother from October 12th to 14th to attend an event. After thorough research, I chose this hotel, and I’m so glad I did! Our room offered a stunning frontal sea view, which added to our wonderful experience. The hotel offers great value without the hefty price tag of some other hotels. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the hotel staff for their exceptional service and warm smiles. The reception team ensured a quick and smooth check-in, while the concierge provided a warm welcome and continuous assistance, including a wheelchair for my mother during our stay. The valet parking service was efficient, and the housekeeping and laundry services exhibited remarkable professionalism and promptness. If you’re seeking an elegant and clean hotel right in the heart of Alexandria - close to all the city’s landmarks and beautiful outings, and If you are looking for a modern hotel in Alexandria that is not insanely overpriced and not an old heritage hotel with old wooden floors that make creaky sounds, then Tolip Hotel Alexandria is not your best choice .. it is your only choice.

The location of the hotel is magnificent. You can get a great view of the sea or a side view, like in my room. The staff there is invaluable, doing their best to solve any problem that might happen, and finally making you feel at home. I had some small issues with the room, but Mr. M. Barakat did his best and was so attentive that he used to ask daily if we needed anything. Also, the housekeeping staff are caring staff who respond as quickly to anything you need... Mr. Ahmed, Miss.Nada and Miss. sara in the reception, also Miss. Ibtissam,Miss Mariem, and Mr. Muhammed Hosny are a few examples of such an active staff.. As for breakfast, it exceeded my expectations to be honest! Food was always delicious, fresh, and in great quantities that satisfied the number of guests that was increasing every day! we had the chance to have a new savings case and a new fridge, which means the hotel cares about the service they provide their customers. I enjoyed staying there very much, and I hope to be back soon. Thank you Tolip Hotel for everything.
